As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I led the complete redesign of the Goodcents web based application. My responsibilities included:
- Conducting UX audits and user flow analysis
- Redesigning the entire app experience from navigation to checkout
- Creating a minimal, trendy UI aligned with current food delivery trends
- Building high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders and developers for implementation

Problem Statement
The original Goodcents app struggled with user retention and low online orders. Despite the brand's popularity offline, the app experience was not converting digital users due to:
- Confusing navigation and cluttered menus
- Unclear combo deals and customization options
- An outdated and inconsistent visual style
- A clunky checkout process that caused friction and drop-offs

The goal was to reimagine the Goodcents app with a user-first mindset, delivering a seamless, delightful ordering experience while showcasing the brand’s personality through a minimal yet bold UI.
